Analysis workspace¶

One-off scripts kept on the analysis machine beside their per-case output. Not published; the useful ones move into vitaldb-bench.

What it is¶

Some checks were written as short scripts next to the per-case results they produce, because those results may not leave the analysis machine. Their paths are listed so the work can be found again; they have no links. A script that a study depends on should move into vitaldb-bench tools/, where it is reviewed and published.
